Our yogurt is made with milk from cows that are NOT treated with RBST, the milk is pasteurized before culturing to remove any harmful bacteria in a process very similar to that used when making wine or cheese. Active live cultures are basically good bacteria that are necessary for the body to function at its best. These good bacteria boost our immune system and prevent the growth of harmful bacteria that cause bacterial infections.

Since Yogurt is made from dairy products, it is very high in calcium, which is highly beneficial for bone and teeth health. Yogurt is also a good source of protein, which helps give our customers the energy needed to feel good through the day !
